Swedish Massage:
A traditional massage for stress relief and relaxation. This massage can be light to medium pressure tailored to your body's needs.
Reflexology: The feet are like maps of the body, with points on the feet which correspond to organs in the body. Reflexology is a system of massaging
the feet with the intention of affecting other parts of the body.
Lymphatic Massage: Clears blockages and assists the flow of lymph through the body which is a vital part of the immune system.
Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy: Focuses on the fluidlity of the body and frees up tensions and stresses that have been held in the body. This
massage is done with clothes on and invloves stretching pressure points, joint rotations and "shaking".
