Cancellations

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one may consider canceling an appointment. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, I have adopted the following policies:

~ 24 Hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to get a much needed bodywork session.

~ If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your session.

~ This charge will be paid in full prior to your next session.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged for their missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Arriving Late

If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 mintues (unless you call to let me know you're running late), it will be construed that you are a "no-show". Depending on how late you arrive, I will then determine how much time I have left to complete your session (sessions are often scheduled very close together). Regardless of the length of time left for your session, you will be responsible for payment of a "full" session.
